Born and raised in Bulgaria, music has been part of his life from the day that him born – his mother is a pianist and his father is a trumpet player. From early age he started playin the trompet an later on singin. He was 13 years old when he met the reggae music and that changed his life – he became vegetarian and grew his locks but two years later he was kicked out of the Sofia Music School for the reason that he was not looking proper with the Dreadlocks on his head.
The music of Jahmmi Youth is both a spiritual message for those who seek enlightment and entertainment for those who just want to spend nice time.
He is part of the first Bulgarian-Jamaican collaboration (the song “Giddion” with King Ali Baba).
By now he has shared the stage with artists like Ky-Mani Marley, Capleton, Busy Signal, Busta Rhymes, Ms Dynamite, General Levy, Macka B, Protoje, Israel Vibration…
He has performed in Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Greece, Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and linked with artists and djs from London, France, Greece and many more.
He is part of Roots Rocket which is the first Bulgarian Reggae label.
